Healing Through the Kitchen
Culinary Meditation®
Explore how cooking rituals can become a powerful source of mindfulness and emotional
processing. Moving beyond addictive thinking takes practice, and the kitchen offers a natural
space to begin. The repetitive acts of washing, peeling, and chopping create a calming, meditative
focus while building structure and intention into daily life. Over time, these simple practices evolve
into life-affirming habits and sustainable routines.
Together, we create rituals that work for you.

Long-Term Recovery Coaching
Fifty years ago, I began my journey in recovery. Today, with over 45 years of sobriety, I
understand firsthand that long-term recovery is not a straight line—it’s a path that requires support,
resilience, and continual growth.
As sober mothers, we face unique challenges and difficult choices, often carrying more than most.
Without the right tools and outlets, it can be easy to lose our footing. In my own early recovery, I
turned to the culinary world—transforming cooking into a source of healing, structure, and purpose.
It became my pathway back to myself and to motherhood.
Let’s create a life that feels nourishing, steady, and truly your own.
